We offer a full money back refund (paid deposit) to services booked through our website if the refund is asked for no less than 48 hours before the appointment time.

If the refund is requested within 48 hours of the booked appointment time the paid 50% deposit will be lost.

You are not eligible for a refund if you do not show up to your appointment.

You are not eligible for a refund if you are not happy or satisfied with the service given.
